- Once production has started, no changes, cancellations, or modifications can be made.
Proofs and Approval
- Proofs (digital mockups) are available upon request.
- Customers must review and approve proofs carefully. Approval serves as final confirmation that the design is correct. Hailz Printing is not responsible for errors approved by the customer.
Payment
- Full payment is required at the time of order, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Orders will not enter production until payment is received.
- In case of a payment dispute, production and shipping will be paused until the issue is resolved.
